Shipping and Returns

    Returns Policy for sparklemagiclights.com

    You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping charges. Special order items may be charged a restocking fee in accordance to the manufacturers policies. Normal items will typically be refunded at full purchase price. Returned items that were shipped with free shipping will be charged standard shipping charges upon return unless item return is due to our error.

    • To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original saleable condition; including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
    • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. On orders that received free shipping, a fee of $13.95 on orders under $100 and $19.95 on orders over $100 will be deducted from the return.
    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item.
    • Any merchandise that has been opened and returned may incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • If your item appears to be defective, please call our Customer Service department at: 866-523-7774 and we’ll be happy to assist you in troubleshooting the product. We may be able to resolve the issue without you having to go through the returns process.
    • For your protection, we recommend you use a delivery service that provides tracking capabilities.

     

    We will refund the shipping charges and also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    Open Box and missing item returns may not be accepted and if accepted may be subject to a restocking or open box fee. Laser items will be tested and ID matched prior to refund.

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It is your responsibility to get return tracking information in case of lost or missing return items.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

    • If a customer refuses delivery on an order shipped, the customer will need to call our customer service to receive a refund. The customer will not receive a refund for the shipping, and in a case where the order had received free shipping a fee of $13.95 on orders under $100 and $19.95 on orders over $100 will be deducted from the return.

    If you need to return an item, contact us via phone or send an email to info@yardillumination.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

    Viatek products and Sparkle Magic products are covered under warranty directly by the manufacturer and customer service will be provided directly by them. Please contact them for product replacement.

    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on shipping laser products, to some international destinations. Please inquire about you specific countries requirements and addition shipping and customs charges that may be incurred.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    We will sometimes change shipping method selected if it is determined to be a better choice for time or cost savings for you our customers.

    Sparkle Magic Returns and Warrantee 

    Sparkle Magic products include a full 90-day limited warranty from date of original purchase.

    For all product warranty claims, please contact our Sparkle Magic website at customerservice@sparklemagic.com or call 800-965-3723.  A RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number) will be assigned and must be included with your return.  Ship your return, postage paid to Sparkle Magic Customer Service, 4320 W Chandler Blvd, Suite 5, Chandler, AZ 85226.  We suggest you ship your return via a GROUND method that can be tracked (UPS Ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority Mail).

    NOTE:  If product is not purchased from Sparkle Magic or a Sparkle Magic Authorized Dealer, the manufacturer’s and any other warranty will not be honored by Sparkle Magic.

    We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use.  During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, we will replace with a new or refurbished unit.  This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Device that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, unauthorized use, alterations or repair, or commercial use.

    After the limited warranty periods ends (up to a 1 year after your date or original purchase), if a defect occurs you have the option to return the product to Sparkle Magic.  Customer must ship product to Sparkle Magic (postage paid) and must include a check payable to Sparkle Magic for the sum of $29.00 to cover the cost of return processing, shipping, and handling.

    Limitations. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES, AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF WE CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY US IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.     This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Please note, any attempt to disassemble this laser device or cut/alter the cable power cord will void the warranty.
